Joust -- Shadowsoft/Williams

An arcade classic comes home with Joust, for the Atari Lynx. Challenge other knights and warriors on your winged mount. Think fast, fly high, and catch those eggs before they hatch or you'll be all cracked up in this exciting side-view action game.

Ferrari Man
This brings me back to my youth when the whole family would go to the corner pizza parlor. In the corner was a Joust machine. I would beg and plead my parents for that one shiny quarter to pop in and play away. The Lynx translation is nearly perfect in every respect. If your an old timer, and would like to see some of your favorite arcade games of the past, or a new timer wanting to experience the best classics, then this game is for you.

????
Well, it's an arcade classic for a portable unit. The graphics are just like the arcade which weren't that great to begin with. Not much in the way of music. Gameplay was nothing new, but this translation will definitely keep you busy. Joust is definitely a faithful translation from the arcade.

R.I.P.
Ah wow... Way cool! If only I could find more translations of old arcade games like this, I'd be in heaven. What can I say, if your an old Joust fanatic, this is the home version you've been waiting for. Check it out!

Salamander
Joust is a perfect translation from the arcade classic. While this title is a carbon copy of the original, I must note that the coin-op is somewhat out of date. Die hard arcade goers and 80's collectors will definitely appreciate this title.
